Calls to 03 UK Wide numbers are charged at no more than calls to 01 and 02 numbers. 03 numbers are included in all mobile call plans and landline call packages and therefore a call made from home or a mobile phone is usually free of charge.
03 UK Wide numbers from ITC are quick and easy to set up. We do not charge for connection for standard numbers, please see xxx for our selected number range. No rental charge is payable for simple connections.

Of com rules state that You must not be charged more for calling 03 numbers than you are generally charged for 01 and 02 geographic numbers.
