0330 and 0333 are the ranges available to any organisation or individual that wishes to use them. They are expected to be popular and have already been taken up by:
Migration Ranges - 0344, 0345, 0370, 0371
A number of organisations have already taken the opportunity to migrate from their existing non geographic number, such as 0844 or 0845, to the equivalent 03 number.
